I searched for awhile for rain boots that would fit my small calves and give me a little height, while still providing rain protection and looking good. I received these boots today, and I love them! As mentioned, I have very slim calves, so most rain boots swallow my legs whole. I normally wear a 71/2, so I ordered a 7, and while they are the tiniest bit snug in the toes, I think an 8 would be too big, and these are not so small as to be uncomfortable. The color is very pretty, kind of a chili pepper red. The picture is an accurate representation of how the boots actually look.
