My wife hated long phone calls before she got this handy device. Now she doesn't mind calling her Mom or old friends to catch up, since she doesn't have to hold a hot cell phone to her ear. And the sound quality is really good. Also, our toddler really loves playing with it, and that hasn't affected the quality of use at all. My wife's favorite feature is the hang up button on the receiver, also-- it has enough tension that it doesn't accidentally hang up, and clicks a little to let you know when you've successfully pushed it and ended the call.
