Works without sounding like I have an effects pedal on. I use it for an acoustic violin with a piezo pickup. My chain is an LR Baggs Para Acoustic DI, Boss Blues Driver BD-2, Memphis Sun, and then into the mixer. Nice round, smooth sound. No piezo buzz. Rich tone.
