Its a great amp if you don't want to spend much for one, however the amp I had received would not function at first, Upon further inspection of the fact that the power LED would turn on but no sound would come out, I noticed the bolt that held the grounding wire and copper coil to the case was on the magnet, after taking the back panel off the amp the copper coil was only hanging on by one screw and the ground wire wasn't connected. once I put it back together it still would produce sound so I inspected more and noticed that the positive wire was not soldered to the power switch, there was solder and flux even on the wire, it was just neglected to be soldered on to the pin. I did solder it on and connect everything back and now it works beautifully.To the manufactures please be more thorough with your quality control, Thank you.Beginner guitar player, this amplifier is a great quality and value.Nice compact unit. I liked the three separate controls for ranges rather than one tone knob.I got this 20 watt Leo Jaymz amp recently and have been fooling around with it for a couple of weeks with my MOOER PE100 Portable Desk Top Guitar Multi Effects box. Wow ! I am impressed. It is perfect for my needs re-learning electric guitar after 15 years away from the instrument. It can be loud or soft if you want but holds the sound together good. Well built, solid and the knobs have a quality feel. I was skeptical about a $60 amp. I'm pleasantly surprised.
