I absolutely love my massage chair. I have Osteoarthritis & have problems with my sciatica. This chair is giving me good relief. When I get up in the morning & if I’m super stiff I sit in my chair for 15 mins & I’m able to get dressed. It takes a little while before the heat kicks in & it would be nicer if it would get a little warmer so I’m taking off 1 star.I like the ease of adjusting the massage area to target the lowest area of my back. I sit on Ziraki seat cushion (I included the link) so I sit a little higher so massage hits my lower back & buttocks. Using the cushion doesn’t interfere with the vibrating seat which helps relax the lower back muscles.The neck massage is heavenly, it relieves the soreness of my neck cords. I'm 5'8 and the lowest height for the neck portion hits my HEAD and the upper body portion doesn't even reach the top of my shoulders. I reached out to the seller for a return and they first suggested I SIT ON A PILLOW to comfortably use the product. When I said that's not the experience I was looking for - and would defeat the purpose of having massage on the seat - they asked me to pay return shipping - for an item with missing and inaccurate description. This is like listing a shoe that only fits sizes 10+ but not mentioning that in the description. Now I'm expected to pay to return an item that it doesn't "fit" because they didn't provide enough information?! Absolutely not.I've never even written a review on Amazon before, but this was such horrible customer service I had to take the time. Save your time, buy another option from a credible buyer that actually cares that you're satisfied with their product.Wonderful. Totally worth the money.
