Pros -- Packaged well- WORKS FOR UP TO 6' 0 MAX MAYBE 6'1 I am 5'11 and 185 lbs I am very comfy in this one- Very nice aesthetics comparable to a gaming chair and its an office chair- Mesh is good quality- Headrest and lumbar support are very nice and adjustable- Came with separate pillow to use how you need to on chair!Cons -- The long screws you will use to secure the bottom part of the chair arms were very difficult to screw in without fear of stripping the screws themselves, thankfully they have spares in the box so I used a new one and got help getting it in slowly but surely- Slight squeak but not anything bigSummed up, great looking chair for the price and design! Would recommendI was sent a replacement chair which doesn't have any of the previous issues as the first. It is locking in position, it doesn't make tons of noise when shifting in it, it doesn't lean to the side no matter how tight it is.I am still very frustrated at how bad the first one was, so not giving 5 stars due to that reason. But, the seller has made up for that by sending a new one and I appreciate that gesture.Previous review below:Not even 3 months old and the chair is completely useless! The locking back will NOT LOCK anymore. The chair is listing to the left side, neither of these problems can be fixed by tightening any more. This is by far the worst purchase I have ever had with amazon. The threads in the metal weren't properly deburred from the tapped hole, so immediately cross threading was happening. The netting on the head rest has a clear thin area that is immediately noticeable. It makes (made it doesn't work anymore) horrible noises when simply shifting to sit up, I am not a heavy person, this is not a weight issue. This is extremely poor quality and quality assurance. I am so mad I have to buy another chair ALREADY! I will never recommend this companies products to anyone!Overall, I really like this chair. It was pretty easy to assemble. It took me longer than it should have (about an hour) because I went very slowly and carefully. I have a habit of getting halfway through an assembly, realizing something is backwards (or something) and having to back-track if not start all over. I didn't want to do that this time so I really took time to check and double check. Plus, I had two cats "helping" me. The instructions were easy to understand but the pictures weren't really very helpful. If you've ever put an office chair together you could probably do this intuitively.Once it was put together I sat down and was pleased to discover it was even more comfortable than I had expected it to be. The seat is nice and thick and supportive. The padded armrests are just firm enough and not too squishy. The adjustable head rest feels very comfortable and the pillow feels great as neck support. For me, it is just high enough on the highest setting so whether the height works for you will depend on the height of your desk. I strongly recommend you compare the dimensions of this chair with your needs because it will definitely depend on the height of your desk. The mechanisms for raising and lowering the seat and for reclining are very smooth and the reclining function can be set at precisely the angle that is wanted.Really the only complaint I have is the foot rest. The foot rest is a big part of why I got this chair and I've been searching chairs with this feature for a long time trying to find one I thought was strong and reliable; however, this foot rest seems to be extremely flimsy. I reclined all the way back with the foot rest out and my feet resting on it, and I kept hearing a "creaking" sound as if it was going to break off. I don't think I'll ever use the foot rest, which is a big disappointment. That being said, I'm not sure it's as desirable a feature as I thought it would be. Reclined all the way with my feet on the floor feels perfectly comfortable and I no longer think the foot rest is a "must have". Still, I paid for it and should be able to use it with confidence. That gets a big down-check as far as I'm concerned.Again, overall I really like the chair. It remains to be seen whether it will hold up over time but I suspect it will be fine as long as I take good care of it.I like the chair. The instruction booklet is small and uses a black-colored chair so you can't see what screws are used. Sure they have the screws labeled, well, almost, only three types of screws have labels the rest, good luck. If the pictures were cleared you could see which ones go where. Anyway, I got the chair together but I wasn't sure I used the right screws for the back metal plate. However, I'm using it so it works. My biggest peeve are the casters. My last chair I could move around with just my toes. For this one, I practically have to get up to move back. They just don't roll. I wish they had some other kind or replace them!At my work, I used to nap during lunch time on a couch in the lunch room. However, it became too crowded and I had to move out of it to my office. For the last few years, I've been sleeping on an office chair, putting my legs on two other chairs. The back was not reclining and there was no headrest, so it was less than perfect. I was considering buying a love-seat or some other smaller piece of furniture, but it would be hard to fit in the office and an overkill for these 30-50 minutes of sleep I could get from it.Finally, I got blessed with the idea of an office recliner chair. Looked at dozens of them on Amazon and elsewhere. This one got the highest ratings and decided to give it a go. It sat in the warehouse for a couple days and then came by DHL from Stockton, CA to Canada in 3 days!!! I emailed the seller for the tracking number and he replied almost instantly.Assembling took me around 40 minutes, 20 of which I spent trying to screw the armrests in a wrong position :) If I were less technically challenged, I could assemble it in 20, because picture instructions are clear, nuts and bolts are in their own named containers in a blister pack and the hexagon screwdriver is attached. The chair looks great, the cushion is soft, the back is breezy, but the real test for me was sleeping on it. So, there are only two levers under the seat, one to adjust height and one to recline. It could be reclined to a medium position, but I go all the way and boy, is that something else! A little cushion is hiding on rails underneath the seat, so it is hard to say it is there. But once you move it from beneath, it is such a comfortable support for my legs. No need to use two extra chairs to prop my legs! I am 5.10 and 210 lb, and the chair is very comfy. My wife is 5.3 and she says it's ideal for her. I however, feel that I could use something under the lower back, because there is kind of a little space between it and the seat back. So, I put a little pillow cushion and doze off! I also use a little neck pillow, to totally pamper myself and voila! When I was using a normal office chair, I was always a little bit stiff or sore after slipping upright, with this chair, I feel fully relaxed and refreshed after my power naps. This review is from a person (me) who has been using a DX Racer " gaming " chair for about 5 years. Im about 170 lbs and about 5'10 in height. I got this chair on sale, so I think it was a decent bang for the buck.First the likes :This chair forces you to sit in a proper posture to feel comfortable. You have to sit right back to make use of full feature and contour of the chair support. The head rest is well designed and there are many adjustments for when you sit up or recline. It comes with a little neck pillow but I don't really use it. The wheels very smoothly on my plastic chair mat. I do like the leg support option on the chair and my shoulders don't feel restricted.Dislikes :The chair took a month to get to me. When I unpacked it, there were a few scratches on the back of the chair, probably from the shipping. I knocked it down a notch because I think the bottom cushion is somewhat too thin or not enough. I do wish the arms rest are able to adjust up and down but its not a deal breaker.Overall :Looks Pro, Great for office BUT for gaming ... I'm still trying to get use to from my gaming chair. Feels premium and its a decent deal if its on sale. Reclining functions are good and the additional cushion that goes over the headrest is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the seat cushion is too firm and yet sinks after a while of use leaving the front section high, putting too much pressure on the underside of your thighs. Since the seat section has no angle adjustments this cannot be alleviated. I have to use a foot rest on the floor to raise my legs up to avoid this pressure point. I should point out that the integrated footrest along with the extended reclining of the backrest is very good. The other design issue is with the armrests. They look good but the design places the vertical support too far forward on the seat. Unless you sit very square on with your legs fairly well together you tend to hit the arm supports with your thighs! Lastly, I had one bolt that fixes the armrest to the chair fail to go in far enough leaving the armrest a bit wobbly, the other side worked perfectly, so it's definitely the internal thread. I tried the shorter bolt but that wouldn't reach the internal thread.
