These are the third pair of microphones that I've tried from Amazon. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.While most microphones are battery operated, these are rechargeable through a USB-C port. Because of the built-in battery, the weight feels nice and sturdy in the hand. Being able to recharge them also makes them a better value than having to buy batteries.The sound quality is great! A a great sign that these are worth the price is the "shaking noise" test. While other brands make an audible noise at even the slight movement (which happens often when karaokeing), these stay mostly quiet until you intend to sing. One thing to note is they have a built-in echo effect by default, which is actually very nice. The slight echo makes everyone sound like a singer, without drastically changing their natural voice.The performance has been good so far too. The connection has been sturdy enough for all the mics to stay in range across my living room.
