Took around 10 minutes to set up and register (easy, just need to follow the steps and be patient, you don't need to be tech saavy) and around 20 minutes of update afterward. The "monthly fees and taxes only" you have to pay are around 6.50$/month in Québec for basic (free calls anywhere in Canada) which is still quite a deal compared to Bell (around 40$/m) and even other VoIP providers (between 10$ and 15$/m).Didn't test it extensively yet, but the phone is feeling quite reasonable quality and sounds clear.100% satisfied so far.
