I bought this headrest monitor to be able to play DVDs on car trips. It has a bracket that mounts neatly on a headrest to hold it secure and stable for viewing. I like that it has a remote so that I can control the playing and pausing of the video when we stop or I need to try to speak over it. The sound quality it good and I like that I was able to plug in headphones for times I don’t want to hear the video. The picture quality is also good and the screen is nice and bright, even when the sun is shining through the window. I don’t have to worry about the bright screen draining a battery because I’m able to keep it plugged into a lighter outlet. It comes with an adapter to do that. DVDs are easy to put in and take out through the top slot. It does support other video formats as well but I haven’t used those yet. It’s a nice setup if you have a young kid in a car seat, or just want hands free video watching.
