Chair is comfortable but the back underside screw will not go in all the way so there is about a 1" gap at back of cushion. It doesn't secure directly onto frame. There is something obstructing the screw from being able to screw in all the way. It feels like a metal piece is blocking it. We've tried everything and, yes the correct screws were used. All other screws went in perfectly. It easy to put together but disappointed about this part. The front of chair cushion isn't aligned perfectly but that I can overlook. I've reached out to company & waiting for an answer on how they would like to handle this flaw.UPDATE: The Company reached out immediately to correct the situation and made it right.
