Expensive and overly complicated. A classic example of engineering run amok. If I could give this product zero stars, I would.I had purchased car seat covers in the past that bunched up, stretched to the point of tearing or otherwise did not fit, so this time I vowed to purchase a set of car seats for my Honda HRV that were designed to fit that model. These were advertised as such. They were expensive, yes, but if they fit the seat I could use them for the life of the vehicle. The seat covers I received were outfitted with a myriad of belts, strings, ropes and whatnot. The headrest cover was a separate piece. When properly installed the back seat passenger would be looking at dangling strings and straps secured with butterfly knots. That would be assuming they actually fit the seat, which these did not. Worse, to allow the head rest posts to fit through the cover, the manufacturer advised the customer to “poke holes” through the fabric. The documentation made no sense because the seat cover design did not match the illustrations. A second set of revised documentation to account for the design changes was not helpful.I returned the covers and was advised that because they had been “custom designed” for my HRV, I would be assessed a $60 “stocking fee.”I went to Walmart and purchased a set of Auto Drive seat covers for $15.63. They look beautiful and fit my HRV perfectly. I liked them so much I bought two more pairs to have on hand, should they be discontinued.Zero stars if I could.
