Bought 76 bar stools. Over 5 grand. Half the bar stools came with the wrong screws that mount the seats to the bar stools. If I would have used them, they would have been a real pain in my customer's a--, literally. The screws were for one of Flash Furniture's chair's and were to long. Contacted them a week ago- by person and email. Asked them to simply send me the correct screws for half my stools. Nothing. No reply. Horrible customer service. Talk about (not) getting screwed....
