Rothco's Soft Shell Tactical Jackets are constructed with a breathable moisture wicking fabric and feature a waterproof polyester shell. The 3-Layer construction deflects wind, wicks away moisture and retains body heat. Includes two American Flag hook and loop patches, one forward for the left arm, and one reverse orientation for the right arm.

This jacket is super warm, absolutely great for the practical minimalist, build great and looks great. It does run a little large though. Im 6'3'' 205 with ape arms and it fits a little large on me, but when you are layering for ridiculously cold weather its probably fine. If I had time id send it back for a large but winter has rolled into my neck of the woods and I really need the extra warmth when I'm on patrol with the sherrif's dept. All in all a great jacket, just be aware its larger than normal.
