I bought two different tricycles for my granddaughters, and this one was a disappointment. It is a lot of fun but is not built to last. The steel frame is so thin it deforms when you tighten the screws. The plastic in the axle bushings is flimsy and I don't expect it to last long. It has no hubcaps so the axles scratch the walls if you ride it indoors, and the back seat cannot be exposed to water so you can't keep it outside. The instructions say not to expose it to rain, so it can't be washed with a hose. The back seat cushion is attached to the frame with a single elastic strap, and the backrest is attached with only two woodscrews. The basket was deformed due to the way it was packed. I love the idea of the two-seater design, but this tricycle should be regarded as disposable.
