My only issue was understanding the tech support person. I couldn't understand what he was saying/asking. I passed the phone to my spouse and she had the same issue. I asked for person the spoke our language with more clarity and was placed on hold. After some time passed without the tech support people picking up, we were disconnected.As to the router, setup was relatively painless. Once I completed setup all goes well. I believe that the speed is being throttled by my ISP. There has been no issues with connectivity and the speed is quicker than my old Netgear router (R7000) which nolonger was able to broadcast the wireless signal. A great upgrade for both range and speed.
