I ordered an A/C compressor for my Hyundai Sonata and received it amazingly fast without any additional charges, so we were off to a good start.But the real surprise came when I had questions about the warranty and how could I be assisted; I sent a message and the response was almost immediate. The CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL in every step of the way (which in my case it was a bit complex). They had to contact the manufacturer and go back and forth with the details, and their team brought a resolution to my problem so effectively fast, I was honestly astounded. The replacement part was in my door step in less than a week. :-))))))I have been to parts stores all around the USA and this is BY FAR the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received yet. I don't know if the owners/managers/distributors get to see this; In case you do, you guys are AMAZING, I'm so thankful for what you are doing and how you are doing, really THANK YOU!!!
