This is a great chair but the description is a bit lacking. I almost didn't buy it because of the lack of description and reviews - which would have been a shame, because it's awesome - so I figured I'd help out (haven't been paid or reimbursed). For reference, 5'11" and 210 lbs.; your results may vary. I've had this chair for about a month now, bought it for working from home and gaming use, and have spent about 2 marathon gaming sessions in it and numerous quick sits to do some work / browse the internet.Features: 5* Bottom knob seems to adjust the tension in the back and lets you adjust the tilt of the seat.* Left bottom lever unlocks / locks the recline; both the back and seat travel, though the seat is mostly stable and they travel well and naturally, so really a feature that isn't quite how I like it (I prefer the seat and back recline completely separately). Also, there's a nice bit of flex when locked so I don't feel the need to unlock and recline much.* Forward right lever slides the seat in and out from the back, real nice feature for the price.* Back right lever unlocks the height; lowers if you're sitting in it, raises if you're not. Standard, and not a noticeable sag which is nice, since I change the height a lot. I can set it high enough that my feet dangle (when barefoot), so tall people may actually be comfortable for once.* Lumbar support moves up and down about an inch (doesn't lock, but doesn't move unless you move it) and adjusts in and out via the knob on the back. It's cushioned, which is nicer than my pricey chair at work with its fancy plastic art-deco crap ones; this is actually comfortable while providing support.* Headrest is awesome, lock the height with the back button, travels about 2 inches, adjusts in and out via the knob at the base, and the angle of the headrest itself has 3 positions it clicks into and can swing between with a bit of pressure. I've got a heavy-boned skull and being able to take some pressure off my neck is awesome, plus it encourages me to sit up straight.* Armrests adjust up and down via the buttons on the side, and can adjust width by where you attach them with the hex bolts. Some people might prefer the width be adjustable via lever or to be able to adjust the tilt and all that; personally I like my armrests to stay where they are, though it would be nice if they sank a touch lower. My work chair has armrests that swivel and move and everything, and the only thing that ever did for me was rip a nice pair of slacks when the pocket caught on the armrest when I was sitting down.Customer Service: 5. Emailed them before purchasing with a question, had the answer within the hour; snappy is awesome. Then the chair came with slight damage to the seat from transit and missing a piece, and a replacement piece was in the mail before the end of the day; definitely 5 stars on that.Shipment: 2. Shipped quickly, but it wasn't packed well (which probably led to the damage mentioned above) and they forgot the left armrest. Replaced the damaged and forgotten bits quickly, but it's the one real ding against the company / product. Doesn't outweigh all the good since they replaced it quickly, but at least for me the shipping team screwed up.Ease of Assembly: 4.5, 5 if they'd include some extra hex bolts and washers (or what their measurements are) so I didn't panic when I misplaced them. I screwed up once, and it was my own damn fault; had the seat turned around when attaching the bottom plate. Instructions are pictures, and are clear enough. Attaching the headrest's the only tricky bit; start each side before tightening and tighten in stages or you'll likely have to start again, because it's a real tight fit against the back (which is a good thing). Note on the arms: you adjust the width between by where you screw them in and there's about an inch of travel on each, so you might want to leave them a bit loose so you can adjust and tighten after you've had a chance to sit.Comfort: 4.5. See slight complaints in the Features above, but seriously, I like this chair more than my much more expensive work chair, even if the work chair does have a particularly nice recline feature. I do like the slight flex in this one's back without having to recline it, the headrest is awesome, the seat is just padded enough to be comfy for long sessions without being so plush that it traps heat, the back mesh is nice and firm with just enough give to make it comfortable; it's a real nice chair to sit in once you get it set, and you can readjust it pretty easily when you start getting tired of sitting in one position.Value: 5 (note: purchased at $220 + shipping). Seriously, these are features and comfort that're on par with / beat much more expensive chairs, so the few minor quibbles are outweighed by price. Plus, it looks pretty slick.
