Mesmara Indigo powder 100 gm. Baptisia australis, commonly known as blue wild indigo or blue false indigo, is a flowering plant in the family Fabaceae (legumes). It is toxic.it is native to much of central and eastern North America and is particularly common in the Midwest, but it has also been introduced well beyond one its natural range. Naturally it can be found growing wild at the borders of woods, along streams or in open meadows. It often has difficulty seeding itself in its native areas due to parasitic weevils that enter the seed pods, making the number of viable seeds very low. Indigo is a plant that has a blue dye in it.

After doing much research over it and using it in different ways I clearly observed that it is the BEST product and also the safest herbal powder. There is no hair fall nor orange tinge on the hair if proper efforts are taken when we apply it. Mix the powder with common salt and if you want add some amla powder and make paste with sufficient water.Leave it for one hour. Apply it on wet hair. Let the Indigo paste be on the hair for 45 min to one hour. Rinse it. The out come is black hair. It does not look artificial or dyed hair. It did last for 15 days. It would be good if you apply henna first , shampoo the hair and then apply Indigo paste. I needed this much time to review this product as I wanted to give an honest opinion on this Mesmara Indigo powder, since I too depend on others' reviews before buying any product from Amazon.
