I ordered this product and it came in a timely manor. I used the chair for about a year and a half then a parts broke so I contacted them and they sent replacements. When I fixed the chair I realized that one of the replacement arms was loose. I contacted them again and got no response. I badgered them for a while and still no response. Now 3 yrs later there are more broken parts. I contacted them and still nothing. There is some mention of buying parts and I requested to do so and still nothing. I'm not sure how long the warrantee is but don't expect much. This is a nice chair but I'll have to throw it out soon because of broken parts.
