Local office store wanted $505 assembled, I paid around $200 here and put it together in about 20 minutes. They give you the few screws it needs (plus extras) and the Allen wrench you use. I'm wide, and it's great that the arms move out and in and are height adjustable. I needed the most lumbar support a person can get, but this doesn't deliver on that front for me, personally, even at the farthest "in" it could be. The height of the seat is pretty good for my desk - which is 29" tall. I could actually use a couple more inches in height because I nearly have to type on top of my thighs not to have my carpal tunnel act up. You could probably go without arms on it if you wanted. That wouldn't affect anything, Overall, for the price, it's a great chair! The mesh is very cool on my back when I have a fan on.
