Before I ordered this product I checked both the cover craft website and amazon to ensure that these would fit a 2020 ford f-150 supercrew. Both websites said it was a fit.Upon receiving, these seat covers were gray. The picture clearly shows them as being much darker and I had expected as such. They are also very rough in texture and will always have that bunched up and wrinkled look.But whatever, I tried installing. The two seat covers go on well enough although they left a small corner on the outside of each seat cushion exposed.The biggest problem was the console pieces. They didn't fit at all. Spent hours trying and they just don't fit. I have the flat console with the double cup holder and cell phone imprint. This does not fit that console.Ok no big deal I thought. I'll just email covercraft and get them to exchange the console pieces for the right size ones. After all, it says right on there website that they will do whatever it takes to help you with things like this.Received an email back the next morning basically telling me to go pound sand. They said because I ordered from amazon, they refused to help me.Alright then, took these out of my truck and return started.Covercraft, you lost a customer. Besides cover craft products are way over priced for what you get.
