Please use the correct power, otherwise it may burn out the machine. How long does this fabric cleaner reach? This carpet cleaner machine has a 9.84ft long wire and a 4.26ft long tube, making it very easy to clean stairs. Why does the machine have no suction during use? Please check if the volume has exceeded the MAX line of dirty water tank, as this may cause no suction. We recommend cleaning the dirty tank after each use. Also, you can find us for assistance. Note: Do not exceed the MAX line of the sewage tank.

It is very sturdy and the pieces snap into place and feel solid. The hose is long enough so you can suck up short and longer distances. It comes with two brushes, one small and one larger. You can actually see the color change from brown to clear so you can tell when the mess has been completely cleaned up.The solution that came with the machine is great as well.
