The high back is great and there are lots of mounting options. This required mounting plate modifications for a Simplicity Prestige. My Dad got one and it was a direct bolt on for an older Simplicity Legacy. It uses 5/16-18 bolts which are not included so be sure your tractor uses that size or buy them if it doesn't. Love the look and it feels comfortable and secure. I would replace it with the same seat.
