Excellent haircut cap. I've been using a garbage bag to cut the kids hair for the longest time, not ideal.This cap is suitable for most people. The neck closing can fit a neck of about 16" to 19" and that was too loose for the kid’s necks, so I added another strip of Velcro and now it fits perfect.The cap is made of vinyl, so no hair sticks to it and it’s easy to clean by wiping it down.No more dreaded neck itch, the kids are very happy about that.Great quality; very happy with it.
